目的:通过对三峡库区居住在输变电廊附近居民的生活状况和生理指标进行跟踪调查,研究工频电磁场暴露对心血管系统和免疫系统的影响。方法以宜昌市高压输电网密集的某郊区乡镇居民为调查对象,2012~2014年3年共连续跟踪调查53户193人,将居住地距离输变线路大于150 m的调查人群设为对照组(87人),居住地距离输变线路小于20 m的人群设为观察组(106人)。通过对居住地现场进行电磁场强度检测、人群流行病学调查(包括调查对象年龄、性别、职业和日常生活接触,有无胸痛、心悸、呼吸困难、高血压及1年内医院就诊次数等)、临床检查(包括肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、白细胞计数等检测),研究工频电磁场对居民心血管系统和免疫系统的影响。结果2014年观察组调查对象发生心悸、高血压及因病就诊次数均明显高于对照组,白细胞计数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组调查对象2014年到医院就诊次数较2013年明显增多,白细胞计数明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期的工频电磁场暴露可能与心悸、高血压、白细胞减少等有关,对人体心血管系统和免疫系统可能有一定的累积影响。

Objective To investigate the possible effects of the power frequency electromagnetic field exposure on the cardiovascular system and immune system by conducting the follow up investigation on the living status and physiological indica-tors in the residents living nearby the electricity transmission corridor in the three gorges dam area. Methods With the village and township residents at a suburb with dense high voltage power transmission network as the respondents ,193 individuals in 53 family were performed the consecutive follow up investigation during the 3 years from 2012-2014. The investigated crowd with the resident place distant from the electricity transmission line more than 150 m was taken as the control group (n=87) and those with the resident place distant from the electricity transmission line less than 20 m as the observation group (n=106). The influence of power frequency electromagnetic field on the cardiovascular system and immune system was investigated by detecting the electro-magnetic field intensity on spot,crowd epidemiological survey(including age,gender,occupation and daily life contact,whether having chest pain,palpitation,dyspnea,hypertension and times of visiting hospital within 1 year) and clinical examinations (in-cluding creatine kinase,CK-MB,WBC count,etc.). Results The occurrence of palpitation and hypertension,times of visiting hospital during 2014 in the observer group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,while WBC count was signifi-cantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the times of visiting hospital dur-ing 2014 in the observation group were significantly increased compared with 2013 ,moreover WBC count was significantly de creased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The long exposure to the power frequency electromag-netic field may be related with palpitation,hypertension and leucopenia,etc. and may have certain accumulative influence on the cardiovascular system and immune system.
