以苯甲醛氧化为苯甲酸的反应为例,采用单因素实验,研究了非水体系中高锰酸钾的氧化性能。探讨了溶剂用量、高锰酸钾用量、酸化时间等因素对苯甲酸产率的影响。通过实验得到最优反应条件为:以无水丙酮为溶剂,反应物和高锰酸钾的摩尔比为1∶1.5,反应温度57℃,酸化时间1.5 h,苯甲酸的产率可达到92.5%,产物纯度可达98%以上。

The single factor experiment of oxidation of potassium permanganate in the anhydrous system was studied by the reaction that the benzaldehyde was oxidized to give benzoic acid. The effect of the amount of solvent, the amount of potassium permanganate, acidification time on the yield of benzoic acid was studied. The optimal reaction conditions obtained was the mole ratio of aldehydes benzophenone to potassium permanganate of 1∶1. 5 with the reaction time of 3 h at 57 ℃ and the acidification time of 1. 5 h using acetone as the solvent. The yield of acid was about 92. 5% with over 98%purity.
