综述了近年来国内外红薯及红薯茎叶中黄酮类化合物的提取方法,分别介绍了溶剂提取法、超声辅助提取法、超临界萃取法、微波提取法、酶辅助提取法等几种提取方法,并且对这些提取方法进行了分析对比,分析了这些提取方法的优缺点和应用;介绍了红薯及其茎叶中黄酮类化合物抗氧化性的作用机理及其研究现状,展望了红薯及其茎叶今后的研究方向,为红薯及其茎叶的进一步开发利用提供一些有用的参考资料。
綜述瞭近年來國內外紅藷及紅藷莖葉中黃酮類化閤物的提取方法,分彆介紹瞭溶劑提取法、超聲輔助提取法、超臨界萃取法、微波提取法、酶輔助提取法等幾種提取方法,併且對這些提取方法進行瞭分析對比,分析瞭這些提取方法的優缺點和應用;介紹瞭紅藷及其莖葉中黃酮類化閤物抗氧化性的作用機理及其研究現狀,展望瞭紅藷及其莖葉今後的研究方嚮,為紅藷及其莖葉的進一步開髮利用提供一些有用的參攷資料。

Extraction methods of the flavonoid from sweet potato’s stems and leaves in recent years, such as solvent extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, microwave extraction, enzyme extraction, were reviewed, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, separately. The functional mechanism of flavonoids’ oxidation resistance and its research status were introduced. The further research direction about the researches on sweet potato stems and leaves in future was put forward, to provide some useful reference data for the further development and utilization of sweet potato leaves.
