综述了高温合金材料的应用现状,从主要金属原料镍的供应、高温合金的用量以及废料的产生量等角度阐述了发展合金废料再生回收技术的必要性。介绍了目前的合金废料回收方法主要有湿法冶金回收、火法冶金回收以及湿法和火法相结合的回收方法,并重点介绍了应用范围广泛、环境污染小、操作简便的湿法冶金回收技术回收高温合金中部分金属元素的发展历程、研究现状以及未来的展望。
綜述瞭高溫閤金材料的應用現狀,從主要金屬原料鎳的供應、高溫閤金的用量以及廢料的產生量等角度闡述瞭髮展閤金廢料再生迴收技術的必要性。介紹瞭目前的閤金廢料迴收方法主要有濕法冶金迴收、火法冶金迴收以及濕法和火法相結閤的迴收方法,併重點介紹瞭應用範圍廣汎、環境汙染小、操作簡便的濕法冶金迴收技術迴收高溫閤金中部分金屬元素的髮展歷程、研究現狀以及未來的展望。

The present situation of the application of high temperature alloy materials was analyzed. It expounded the necessity of development of alloy scrap recycling technology from the following perspectives which were nickel supply, the amount of super alloy and waste alloy. The current alloy waste recycling methods were described such as hydrometallurgical recovery, pyrometallurgical recovery and the method which was a combination of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical. The hydrometallurgy recycling technology, which was wide range of application, low environmental pollution and simple operation, was mainly introduced.
