目的：探究外固定支架与掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的临床效果。方法选取2010年2月至2014年6月本院收治的桡骨远端C型骨折患者60例为研究对象，将其随机分为外固定支架组及掌侧锁定钢板内固定组，每组各30例。比较两组患者术后3个月一般情况、治疗情况及并发症发生情况。结果外固定支架组患者Gartland-Werley评分低于掌侧锁定钢板内固定组，桡骨短缩优于掌侧锁定钢板内固定组（P＜0.05）；两组患者尺偏角、掌倾角、治疗满意度比较均无明显差异（P＞0.05）。外固定支架组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数、骨折愈合时间明显低于掌侧锁定钢板内固定组。两组患者并发症发生率比较差异均无显著性（χ2＝0.283，P＞0.05）。结论外固定支架较掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端C型骨折，可有效改善患者预后，减少手术时间、住院时间等，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐구외고정지가여장측쇄정강판내고정치료뇨골원단C형골절적림상효과。방법선취2010년2월지2014년6월본원수치적뇨골원단C형골절환자60례위연구대상，장기수궤분위외고정지가조급장측쇄정강판내고정조，매조각30례。비교량조환자술후3개월일반정황、치료정황급병발증발생정황。결과외고정지가조환자Gartland-Werley평분저우장측쇄정강판내고정조，뇨골단축우우장측쇄정강판내고정조（P＜0.05）；량조환자척편각、장경각、치료만의도비교균무명현차이（P＞0.05）。외고정지가조환자술중출혈량、수술시간、주원천수、골절유합시간명현저우장측쇄정강판내고정조。량조환자병발증발생솔비교차이균무현저성（χ2＝0.283，P＞0.05）。결론외고정지가교장측쇄정강판내고정치료뇨골원단C형골절，가유효개선환자예후，감소수술시간、주원시간등，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of external ifxator and volar locking plate internal ifxation in the treatment of type C distal radius fractures.Method60 cases of patients with type C distal radius fractures treated in our hospital from February 2010 to June 2014 were selected as objects of study, they were divided into external ifxator group and volar locking plate internal ifxation group, 30 cases in each group. Compared two groups of patients with postoperative 3 months generally, treatment and complications.ResultThe Gartland-Werley score in the external ifxator group were less than volar locking plate internal ifxation group, and shortening of radius were better than volar locking plate internal ifxation group (P<0.05). The ulnar deviation palm angle, treatment satisfaction between the two groups had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). The amount of bleeding, operation time, hospital stay and fracture healing time in the external ifxator group were signiifcantly lower than volar locking plate internal ifxation group (χ2=0.283,P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with volar locking plate internal ifxation, external ifxator can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with type C distal radius fractures, reduce the operation time and hospital stay, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
