米香型白酒是以大米等为原料,经传统半固态发酵、蒸馏、陈酿、勾兑而成。具有以乳酸乙酯,β-苯乙醇为主体的复合香白酒。本文采用气相色谱法测定乳酸乙酯,并对内标法和外标法进行比较,结果表明两种方法的测量结果无显著差异,且外标法有着用时短,操作简单的优势,便于满足现代快速分析要求,因此可将其应用到米香型白酒乳酸乙酯日常分析检测中去。

With ethyl lactate,beta benzyl ethanol as the main body of the composite sweet white wine. In this paper,using gas chromatography determination of ethyl lactate,and internal standard method and external standard method are compared, the results show that the measurement results of two methods had no significant difference,and external standard method with short,the advantages of simple operation,easy to meet the requirements of modern rapid analysis,so it can be ap?plied to the rice wine ethyl lactate in routine analysis testing.
