目的：探讨两种检验方法在幽门螺杆菌临床检验中的应用价值。方法选取2013年11月～2014年9月我院接收的126例患者，采用快速尿素酶法与嗜银染色法进行检测，对比检测结果。结果采用嗜银染色法呈阳性的患者38例（30.2%），采用快速尿素酶法检验呈阳性的患者50例（39.7%），两种检验方法结果均显阳性者37例（29.4%）。其中，采用嗜银染色法检验呈阳性，而快速尿素酶法检验呈阴性的患者1例（0.8%），采用嗜银染色法检验呈阴性，而快速尿素酶法检验呈阳性的患者13例（10.3%）。结论嗜银染色法联合快速尿素酶法检验幽门螺杆菌，能够提高临床检验的特异性、敏感性。

목적：탐토량충검험방법재유문라간균림상검험중적응용개치。방법선취2013년11월～2014년9월아원접수적126례환자，채용쾌속뇨소매법여기은염색법진행검측，대비검측결과。결과채용기은염색법정양성적환자38례（30.2%），채용쾌속뇨소매법검험정양성적환자50례（39.7%），량충검험방법결과균현양성자37례（29.4%）。기중，채용기은염색법검험정양성，이쾌속뇨소매법검험정음성적환자1례（0.8%），채용기은염색법검험정음성，이쾌속뇨소매법검험정양성적환자13례（10.3%）。결론기은염색법연합쾌속뇨소매법검험유문라간균，능구제고림상검험적특이성、민감성。
Objective To explore the application value of the two test methods in clinical examination of helicobacter pylori.Methods Choosing 126 patients receiving in our hospital,using rapid urease test and argyrophilic staining,then observed the test results.Results The argyrophil staining was positive in 38 cases(30.2%),the rapid urease test was positive in 50 patients(39.7%),two kinds of tests results were significantly positive in 37 cases(29.4%). The argyrophil staining test was positive,while rapid urease test was negative in 1 patients(0.8%), the argyrophil staining test was negative,and rapid urease test was positive in 13 patients(10.3%).ConclusionCombined argyrophil staining method with rapid urease test,can significantly improve the specificity and sensitivity for clinical test.
