目的:探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育对脑卒中患者可控行为因素的影响。方法将124例首发脑卒中患者随机分为试验组和对照组各62例。试验组应用跨理论模型的健康教育,对照组给予神经内科常规健康教育。观察出院6个月、12个月两组脑卒中患者对脑卒中康复知识知晓情况及二级预防行为、脑卒中危险因素达标率及脑事件发生情况。结果试验组脑卒中康复知识及二级预防行为得分以及脑卒中危险因素达标率均高于对照组( P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论与神经内科常规健康教育相比,以跨理论模型为依据制订的健康教育方案能显著改善脑卒中患者可控行为。

목적:탐토기우과이론모형적건강교육대뇌졸중환자가공행위인소적영향。방법장124례수발뇌졸중환자수궤분위시험조화대조조각62례。시험조응용과이론모형적건강교육,대조조급여신경내과상규건강교육。관찰출원6개월、12개월량조뇌졸중환자대뇌졸중강복지식지효정황급이급예방행위、뇌졸중위험인소체표솔급뇌사건발생정황。결과시험조뇌졸중강복지식급이급예방행위득분이급뇌졸중위험인소체표솔균고우대조조( P<0.01급P<0.05)。결론여신경내과상규건강교육상비,이과이론모형위의거제정적건강교육방안능현저개선뇌졸중환자가공행위。
Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the transtheoretical model on control-lable behavior factors of stroke patients.Methods A total of 124 cases of first stroke were randomly divided into experi-mental group and control group with 62 cases in each.Health education based on the transtheoretical mode was applied in the experimental group, while the control group was given routine health education in department of internal medi-cine.After hospital discharge 6 months and 12 months, the awareness rate of stroke rehabilitation knowledge, secondary prevention behavior, knowledge of risk factors of stroke success rate and cerebral events were compared.Results The scores of stroke rehabilitation knowledge, secondary prevention behavior and risk factors of stroke compliance rate were higher than those of control group ( P<0.01 and P<0.05) .Conclusions Compared with the neurological department of internal medicine routine health education, health education based on the transtheoretical model can significantly im-prove stroke patients controllable behavior.
