糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的一种严重的微血管并发症，也是导致糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因，对人体健康危害极大。近年来，DN的患病率逐年增高，其治疗问题成为了医学界关注的热点。DN的治疗难度较大，目前，西医西药对其尚无特效疗法。因此，本文对近年来DN的治疗方法，中医中药对其的疗效作一综述，希望为DN的临床治疗提供帮助。

Diabetic nephropathy is a serious microvascular complications of diabetes, also can lead to death with diabetes. In recent years, DN cases increased year by year, the treatment issue became attention of the medical profession. DN is difficult to be treated, at present, there is no effective therapy in western medicine. Therefore, the therapies for DN in recent years, TCM efficacy was reviewed for more clinical reference.
