目的：通过研究了解自制宣传手册对体外受精－胚胎移植术成功率的影响。方法把本科接受体外受精－胚胎移植术的患者522例随机分成两组，实验组发放宣传手册进行比较。结果通过发放自制宣传手册能有效地降低患者的焦虑程度，提高手术成功率。结论自制宣传手册的发放能有效地提高体外受精－胚胎移植的成功率，值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of distribution of brochure on success rate of IVF-ET surger-y.Methods A total of 522 patients who accepted IVF-ET surgery were randomly divided into two groups, thenthe ex-perimental group was given brochureand.Results Readingthe brochure released patients'anxiety and improved success rate of surgery.Conclusions Distribution of brochure to patients can improve success rate of IVF-ET and it deserves popularization.
