目的：探讨牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液（恩再适）治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的可行性及对脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）水平的影响。方法选取上饶市立医院2013年6月—2014年10月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者78例，随机分为对照组39例和试验组39例。对照组予以常规营养神经以及止疼药治疗，试验组予以恩再适治疗。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及 BDNF 水平。结果治疗前两组 VAS 评分、外周血 BD-NF 水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）；治疗后试验组 VAS 评分低于对照组，外周血 BDNF 水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论恩再适可以明显缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛，升高患者外周血 BDNF水平，可行性高。
목적：탐토우두역묘치염토피제취물주사액（은재괄）치료대상포진후유신경통적가행성급대뇌원성신경영양인자（BDNF）수평적영향。방법선취상요시립의원2013년6월—2014년10월수치적대상포진후유신경통환자78례，수궤분위대조조39례화시험조39례。대조조여이상규영양신경이급지동약치료，시험조여이은재괄치료。비교량조치료전후시각모의평분법（VAS）평분급 BDNF 수평。결과치료전량조 VAS 평분、외주혈 BD-NF 수평비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）；치료후시험조 VAS 평분저우대조조，외주혈 BDNF 수평고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론은재괄가이명현완해대상포진후유신경통환자적동통，승고환자외주혈 BDNF수평，가행성고。
Objective To study the feasibility of anti - imflammation - analgesic injection(analgecine)in the treat-ment of postherpetic neuralgia and the influence on the brain - derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels. Methods In Shan-grao Municipal Hospital from June 2013 to October 2014,a total of 78 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,39 cases in each group. The control group were treated with con-ventional nerve nutrition and analgesic,the experiment group were treated with analgecine,visual analogue scale method (VAS)scores and BDNF levels between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, VAS scores and BDNF levels between the two groups showed no significant differences( P ﹥ 0. 05);after treatment,VAS scores of experiment group were lower than control group,the BDNF levels were higher than control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Con-clusion Analgecine can obviously improve pain of the patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and increase BDNF levels of periph-eral blood,has high feasibility.
