对近年来在共轭硝酮化学方面取得的成果进行小结,重点介绍了共轭硝酮的反应类型,包括共轭硝酮分子自身的重排反应、共轭硝酮与其它不饱和化合物的反应和过渡金属催化共轭硝酮的反应,并对相关反应机理进行了讨论;继续发展高选择性、高催化活性的催化体系,实现共轭硝酮高效构筑复杂有机分子仍是将来有机合成最具吸引力的课题之一。

Recent progress in conjugated nitrone chemistry was summarized. The type of reaction of conjugated nitrone was described, including conjugated nitrone rearrangement, the reaction of conjugated nitrone with other unsaturated compounds, transition metal catalyzed reaction, and the mechanisms of these reactions were also discussed. Continuous development of high efficient and selective catalytic system, achievement of constructing complex organic moleculars using conjugated nitrone is one of the most interesting subjects.
