目的：探讨5种检测方法在梅毒诊断中的作用。方法对67例梅毒患者，分别用RPR、TRUST、胶体金法、TP-ELISA、TPPA等方法进行检测。结果与TPPA法相比较，RPR法、TRUST法的敏感性低，有显著性差异；胶体金法与ELISA法的敏感性较高，与TPPA相近，不存在显著性差异。结论 RPR法与TRUST法，不适合于梅毒的早期筛查；而梅毒螺旋体抗体胶体金法或TP-ELISA法的敏感性、特异性较好，且操作上比TPPA法简单，适合于梅毒的早期筛查。
