目的：探讨经经动脉介入治疗股骨头无菌性坏死的疗效的观察。方法对我院2000年3月至2012年5月经我院确诊及治疗的30例病例患者作为临床观察对象，对其进行股动脉插管，再将导管超选择插入股骨头供血动脉，造影灌注溶栓药、解痉药及血管扩张药。结果治疗后股骨头血管数量增加，口径明显增粗，末端明显延长，血流明显加快。优秀的达60.3%，良好的达30.18%，差的达11%。结论经动脉介入治疗股骨头无菌性坏死具有操作简单，创伤小，治疗效果满意的特点。

목적：탐토경경동맥개입치료고골두무균성배사적료효적관찰。방법대아원2000년3월지2012년5월경아원학진급치료적30례병례환자작위림상관찰대상，대기진행고동맥삽관，재장도관초선택삽입고골두공혈동맥，조영관주용전약、해경약급혈관확장약。결과치료후고골두혈관수량증가，구경명현증조，말단명현연장，혈류명현가쾌。우수적체60.3%，량호적체30.18%，차적체11%。결론경동맥개입치료고골두무균성배사구유조작간단，창상소，치료효과만의적특점。
ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of the aseptic necrosis of the femoral head artery intervention treatment through radial and femoral arteries.MethodsFrom March 2000 to May 2000, our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 30 cases of patients as a clinical observation object, carries on the femoral artery intubation, then insert the catheter super choice blood supply artery, femoral head imaging perfusion ifbrinolytic medicine, spasmolysis medicine and blood vessels.ResultsAfter treatment of femoral head blood vessels increase in the number, diameter increases obviously, signiifcantly longer at the end, blood lfow obviously paced up. Excellent was 60.3%, and the good of 30.18% and 11% with poor.ConclusionThe artery interventional treatment of aseptic necrosis of femoral head with simple operation, small trauma, the characteristics of the treatment effect is satisfactory.
