目的：探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在老年白内障患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年10月—2013年12月攀枝花市中心医院收治的老年白内障患者168例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各84例。对照组患者予以常规专科护理模式，观察组患者予以 CNP。观察两组患者住院时间、住院费用、术后视力﹥0.8的比例、护理满意度评分（环境设施评分、服务态度评分、护理过程评分、护理结果评分、护理满意度总体评分）。结果观察组患者住院时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；观察组患者术后视力﹥0.8的比例高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；观察组患者环境设施评分、服务态度评分、护理过程评分、护理结果评分及护理满意度总体评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论 CNP 在老年白内障患者中的应用效果显著，可缩短患者住院时间，减少住院费用，改善患者视力，提高护理满意度。

목적：탐토림상호리로경（CNP）재노년백내장환자중적응용효과。방법선취2012년10월—2013년12월반지화시중심의원수치적노년백내장환자168례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각84례。대조조환자여이상규전과호리모식，관찰조환자여이 CNP。관찰량조환자주원시간、주원비용、술후시력﹥0.8적비례、호리만의도평분（배경설시평분、복무태도평분、호리과정평분、호리결과평분、호리만의도총체평분）。결과관찰조환자주원시간단우대조조，주원비용소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；관찰조환자술후시력﹥0.8적비례고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；관찰조환자배경설시평분、복무태도평분、호리과정평분、호리결과평분급호리만의도총체평분고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론 CNP 재노년백내장환자중적응용효과현저，가축단환자주원시간，감소주원비용，개선환자시력，제고호리만의도。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)on cataract. Methods A total of 168 patients with aged cataract were selected in the Central Hospital of Panzhihua from October 2012 to December 2013,they were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,84 cases in each group. Control group were giv-en conventional pattern of specialized nursing,observation group were given CNP. Hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses, the proportion of postoperative visual acuity ﹥ 0. 8,satisfaction degree toward nursing scores(environmental facilities scores, service attitude scores,nursing process scores,nursing results scores,satisfaction degree toward nursing overall scores)be-tween the two groups were compared. Results Hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, hospitalization expenses of observation group was less than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the proportion of postoperative vis-ual acuity ﹥ 0. 8 of observation group was higher than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);environmental facilities scores,service attitude scores,nursing process scores,nursing results scores,satisfaction degree toward nursing overall scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion CNP has notable application effect on cataract,can shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization expenses,improve eyesight and nursing satisfaction.
