目的：探讨综合护理干预对脑外伤后昏迷患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法将200例脑外伤后昏迷患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予早期肢体功能锻炼、采取下肢弹力袜和间歇充气加压泵等保护血管预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理措施。比较2组住院期间下肢肿胀、下肢深静脉血栓形成、肺栓塞发生率。结果住院期间观察组和对照组下肢肿胀的发生率分别为9％和17％，下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率分别为5％和10％，肺栓塞发生率分别为0％和2％，观察组显著低于对照组。结论加强对脑外伤后昏迷患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防干预措施，可显著减少下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，改善患者预后。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대뇌외상후혼미환자하지심정맥혈전형성적영향。방법장200례뇌외상후혼미환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각100례。대조조환자급여상규호리，관찰조환자재상규호리기출상급여조기지체공능단련、채취하지탄력말화간헐충기가압빙등보호혈관예방하지심정맥혈전형성적호리조시。비교2조주원기간하지종창、하지심정맥혈전형성、폐전새발생솔。결과주원기간관찰조화대조조하지종창적발생솔분별위9％화17％，하지심정맥혈전형성발생솔분별위5％화10％，폐전새발생솔분별위0％화2％，관찰조현저저우대조조。결론가강대뇌외상후혼미환자하지심정맥혈전형성적예방간예조시，가현저감소하지심정맥혈전적발생솔，개선환자예후。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the deep venous throm-bosis of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 200 patients with severe craniocerebral inju-ry were randomly divided into two observation group and control group.Control group adopted conventional nursing, Ob-servation group adopted conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention, which contained of whole process of rehabilitation training, body position intervention, wear of elastic stockings and intermittent pneumatic compression pumps.Lower limb swelling, incidence of DVT and pulmonary embolism during hospitalization in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of lower limb swelling in the observation group and control group were 9%and 17%respectively, the incidences of DVT were 5%and 10%respectively, the incidences of pulmonary embolism of observa-tion group were 0% and 2% respectively, which were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT after severe craniocerebral injury and promote the rehabilitation.
