目的:探讨应用临床护理路径在马蹄内翻矫形术患者中实施健康教育研究效果。方法将84例马蹄内翻矫形术的患者进行随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用临床护理路径表进行全程健康教育,对照组实施传统的方法进行健康教育。结果实施临床护理路径后,观察组患者的平均住院日、住院费用、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,接受健康教育后对健康教育内容的掌握程度显著提高(P<0.05),患者对护理的满意度大幅度提高( P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径有助于提高健康教育效果,减少术后不良反应及并发症的发生,降低医疗成本,缩短平均住院日,提高患者对疾病认知度和对护理服务的满意度。

목적:탐토응용림상호리로경재마제내번교형술환자중실시건강교육연구효과。방법장84례마제내번교형술적환자진행수궤분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조채용림상호리로경표진행전정건강교육,대조조실시전통적방법진행건강교육。결과실시림상호리로경후,관찰조환자적평균주원일、주원비용、술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조,접수건강교육후대건강교육내용적장악정도현저제고(P<0.05),환자대호리적만의도대폭도제고( P<0.05)。결론응용림상호리로경유조우제고건강교육효과,감소술후불량반응급병발증적발생,강저의료성본,축단평균주원일,제고환자대질병인지도화대호리복무적만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing path ways on the health education for patients with clubfoot orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with clubfoot orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, observation group adopted full-course health education by clinical nursing pathway table, control group adopted routine health education.Results After the implementation of clinical nursing pathway ,the average length of stay , cost of hospitalization, and postoperative incidence of adverse reactions and compli-cations in observation group were significant lower than those in control group.And both the health education content mastery and patients'satisfaction of nursing services in observation group were substantial increased ( both P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathways can be helpful to improve the effects of health education, re-duce health care costs and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and complications, shorten the average length of stay, enhance the exchange of communication between doctors and patients, nurses and patients, and cultivate young nurses.
