目的：研究与分析中医清肺解毒法在小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎中的临床疗效。方法研究对象来源于我院儿科从2013年6月～2015年6月门诊患者60例，随机分为试验组与对照组，治疗分别给予清肺解毒法和肺炎常规方，观察并分析不同方法的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后症状较治疗前改善，试验组治疗的总有效率为96.7%，对照组总有效率为76.7%，实验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的治疗中，清肺解毒法能有效改善患者的肺炎症状。
목적：연구여분석중의청폐해독법재소인호흡도합포병독폐염중적림상료효。방법연구대상래원우아원인과종2013년6월～2015년6월문진환자60례，수궤분위시험조여대조조，치료분별급여청폐해독법화폐염상규방，관찰병분석불동방법적치료효과。결과량조환자치료후증상교치료전개선，시험조치료적총유효솔위96.7%，대조조총유효솔위76.7%，실험조고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소인호흡도합포병독폐염적치료중，청폐해독법능유효개선환자적폐염증상。
Objective Research and analyze the clinical efficacy for children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia by TCM qingfei detoxification method.Methods60 cases of patients were seleted from June 2013 to June 2015 that treated at our hospital as the objects. Al the subjects were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,and each group were given the qingfei detoxification treatment or the conventional pneumonia treatment seperately. The therapeutic effect under different methods would be observed and analysed.Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms had greatly improved in both two groups. In the experimental treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.7%,significantly higher than that of the control group 76.7%,there were statistical significance(P< 0.05).ConclusionDuring the treatment of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia,the qingfei detoxification method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
