目的:探讨营养教育对2型糖尿病患者营养与饮食知识、态度和行为的干预效果。方法对我院收治的100例T2DM患者进行营养教育,对综合干预效果进行评价。结果与宣教前相比,宣教后患者对糖尿病饮食知识的总体知晓率及营养知识评分均升高(P<0.01),宣教后患者对积极饮食和生活方式态度的认同率升高(P<0.05),患者对血糖指数及负荷知识的需求更为急切,知识获取途径开始转向营养门诊及医护人员(P<0.01)。结论营养教育是改善糖尿病患者营养与饮食知-信-行的有效方法。

목적:탐토영양교육대2형당뇨병환자영양여음식지식、태도화행위적간예효과。방법대아원수치적100례T2DM환자진행영양교육,대종합간예효과진행평개。결과여선교전상비,선교후환자대당뇨병음식지식적총체지효솔급영양지식평분균승고(P<0.01),선교후환자대적겁음식화생활방식태도적인동솔승고(P<0.05),환자대혈당지수급부하지식적수구경위급절,지식획취도경개시전향영양문진급의호인원(P<0.01)。결론영양교육시개선당뇨병환자영양여음식지-신-행적유효방법。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition education on nutrition and diet knowledge of patients with type 2 diabetes melitus.Methods 100 patients with T2DM were treated with nutrition education,and the effect of comprehensive intervention was evaluated. Results Compared with preeducation,the overal awareness rate and nutritional knowledge score of patients with diabetes were significantly higher than that in patients with diabetes melitus(P< 0.01). The patients with positive dietary and lifestyle attitudes were significantly higher(P< 0.05).Conclusion Nutrition education is an effective method to improve the nutrition and diet knowledge of diabetes patients,and it has high clinical application value.
