目的：调查耐多药结核病（multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis，MDR-TB）患者身心状况和应对方式，并提出相应对策。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和医学应对方式问卷（MCMQ）对92例MDR-TB患者的身心状况和应对方式进行调查分析。结果 MDR-TB患者SCL-90各项因子评分均高于常模（P＜0.05）。MDR-TB患者MCMQ评分中，“面对”评分低于常模，“回避”和“屈服”评分高于常模（P＜0.05）。结论 MDR-TB患者的生理、心理健康水平低下，对疾病采取消极的应对方式，医务人员应帮助MDR-TB患者改善心理状态，采取积极的应对方式，提高患者治疗依从性及治愈率。
목적：조사내다약결핵병（multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis，MDR-TB）환자신심상황화응대방식，병제출상응대책。방법채용증상자평량표（SCL-90）화의학응대방식문권（MCMQ）대92례MDR-TB환자적신심상황화응대방식진행조사분석。결과 MDR-TB환자SCL-90각항인자평분균고우상모（P＜0.05）。MDR-TB환자MCMQ평분중，“면대”평분저우상모，“회피”화“굴복”평분고우상모（P＜0.05）。결론 MDR-TB환자적생리、심리건강수평저하，대질병채취소겁적응대방식，의무인원응방조MDR-TB환자개선심리상태，채취적겁적응대방식，제고환자치료의종성급치유솔。
ObjectiveTo investigate the physical and psychological status and coping modes about multidrug-resistant-tuberculosis (MDR-TB) patients, and adopt to corresponding countermeasure.Method Adopted symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90) and medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) to investigate and analyze the physical and psychological status and coping modes of 92 patients with MDR-TB.ResultMDR-TB patients with SCL-90 every factor scores were higher than norm (P<0.05). MDR-TB patients MCMQ, “confrontation” scores was lower than norm, “avoidance” and “acceptance-resignation” scores were higher than norm (P<0.05).ConclusionPhysical and psychological health levels of MDR-TB patients are low, and the patients take negative coping modes. The medical staff need to adopt effective countermeasures to help MDR-TB patients improve psychological status, increase the positive coping styles, thus improve the treatment compliance and cure rate.
