针对当前农村野外变压器采用模拟温度传感器测温,利用有线传输优化远程监控存在的电路复杂、数据错误率高、传输距离有限以及风冷系统普遍不具备节能功能等不足,设计了以MSP430单片机和DS18B20数字温度传感器为主要控制器件,以变压器油面温度和变压器负荷结合作为控制标准,采用模糊控制算法对变压器的风冷系统实现了自动节能控制。利用GSM网络,将变压器的温度、风机及温度传感器等的运行情况以短信息的形式实时传送至管理员手机和监控中心上位机,实现了农村野外变压器温度的远程集中监控及自动节能。测试结果表明,该系统能使变压器温度在不同负荷、不同环境温度下,保持在一个相对稳定的范围内,利于延长变压器和风机的寿命和安全运行,方便农村野外变压器的集中管理。

Currently, the rural field transformers' temperature is measured by using analog temperature sensor and adopting cable transmission to optimize remote monitoring, with features of circuit complexity, high data error rate, limited transmission distance, and without energy-saving function of air-cooling system. In response to these shortages, an automatically energy-saving control system was designed. The system used DS18B20 digital temperature sensor and MSP430 singlechip as main control device, the combination of oil level temperature and load of transformer as control standard, and adopting fuzzy control algorithm the transformer air-cooling system achieved automatic energy-saving control. By using GSM network, the operation situation of transformer temperature, fan and temperature sensors were sent in the form of short messages to the supervisor's mobile phone and the PC of monitoring center, the temperature remote centralized monitoring and automatically energy-saving of rural field transformers were realized. The test indicated that, the system can maintain the transformer temperature in a relatively stable range under different load and different environment temperature, it's favorable to life span extension and safety operation of transformer and fan, convenient to the centralized management of rural field transformers.
