大庆油田聚驱井出现严重的抽油杆下行滞后现象,主要原因为采出井聚合物黏度高及井壁结垢。研制出一种酸洗降黏除垢剂,可有效处理采出井井下滞后物质,复配酸氨基磺酸与盐酸最佳浓度比为4∶1时,降黏除垢效果较好;选用缓蚀剂 CY-1在0.10%浓度下的缓蚀效率最高可达69.1%,且稳定性相对较好,具有一定的现场应用价值。
大慶油田聚驅井齣現嚴重的抽油桿下行滯後現象,主要原因為採齣井聚閤物黏度高及井壁結垢。研製齣一種痠洗降黏除垢劑,可有效處理採齣井井下滯後物質,複配痠氨基磺痠與鹽痠最佳濃度比為4∶1時,降黏除垢效果較好;選用緩蝕劑 CY-1在0.10%濃度下的緩蝕效率最高可達69.1%,且穩定性相對較好,具有一定的現場應用價值。

The pumping rod is lagging seriously in the polymer flooding wells in Daqing Oilfield.It is caused by the high polymer viscosity and fouling on the shaft wall.A viscosity reduction and descaling detergent which can recovery wells lagging effectively was developed.The detergent had better viscosity reduction and desaling efficiency when the optimal ratio of amino sulfonic acid and hydrochloric acid was 4∶1.When the concentration of corrosion inhibitor CY-1 was 0.10%,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 76.7%.The stability of the detergent was relatively well and it possessed certain application value.
