踢猫效应就是领导的不满情绪逐级向下发泄,最后底层员工因处于最弱势的地位而无处发泄,成为最终的受害者。踢猫效应是无处不在的,为了有效地在护士群体中解决这一问题,本研究从降低问题发生率、心理减压和构建科室护理工作文化氛围三方面论述了踢猫效应的解决方法,并在未来的解决过程中,提出了两点可行的意见。

Kick the cat effect is to lead the discontent gradually down to vent,fi nally low-level employees due in the most vulnerable position and no place to vent, to become the ultimate victims. Kick the cat effect is everywhere, in order to solve this problem effectively in the nurse group, this paper discusses the method for solving the kick the cat effect from reducing problems occurring probability and psychological decompression and building departments nursing culture atmosphere of three aspects, and in solving the process in the future, the author puts forward two feasible opinion.
