目的：探讨格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将92例2型糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组各46例，观察组给予格列美脲、二甲双胍联合治疗，对照组仅给予二甲双胍进行治疗，对比两组患者临床表现。结果观察组患者治疗后各项数值均低于对照组治疗后，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论格列美脲联合二甲双胍应用于2型糖尿病的治疗中，临床疗效肯定，用药安全性高。
목적：탐토격렬미뇨연합이갑쌍고치료2형당뇨병적림상료효。방법장92례2형당뇨병환자분위관찰조화대조조각46례，관찰조급여격렬미뇨、이갑쌍고연합치료，대조조부급여이갑쌍고진행치료，대비량조환자림상표현。결과관찰조환자치료후각항수치균저우대조조치료후，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조환자불량반응발생솔무현저차이（P>0.05）。결론격렬미뇨연합이갑쌍고응용우2형당뇨병적치료중，림상료효긍정，용약안전성고。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of glimepiride and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.MethodsThe 92 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each. The observation group given glimepiride, metformin,the control group only received metformin treatment,then compared two groups of patients with clinical manifestations.Results In the observation group after treatment,the value were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were no significant difference(P> 0.05). ConclusionGlimepiride and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has clinical curative effect,and medication safety is high.
