目的：探讨手术联合抗结核药物在治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011年5月～2013年5月收治的172例确诊为浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的临床资料，按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组。对照组122例，采用单纯手术治疗；研究组50例，采用手术治疗联合抗结核药物进行整体治疗，对比分析两组患者的伤口愈合情况及术后24个月内复发的情况。结果术后一个月，对照组患者伤口愈合49例，占40.2%，研究组伤口愈合38例，占76.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。24个月的随访中，对照组复发52例，占42.6%，研究组复发7例，占14.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用手术联合抗结核药物进行浆细胞性乳腺炎具有治疗效果，有效加快患者术后伤口愈合情况，减轻患者的痛苦，可有效减少术后疾病的复发率。
목적：탐토수술연합항결핵약물재치료장세포성유선염중적림상효과。방법회고성분석아원2011년5월～2013년5월수치적172례학진위장세포성유선염환자적림상자료，안조치료방식불동분위대조조화연구조。대조조122례，채용단순수술치료；연구조50례，채용수술치료연합항결핵약물진행정체치료，대비분석량조환자적상구유합정황급술후24개월내복발적정황。결과술후일개월，대조조환자상구유합49례，점40.2%，연구조상구유합38례，점76.0%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。24개월적수방중，대조조복발52례，점42.6%，연구조복발7례，점14.0%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용수술연합항결핵약물진행장세포성유선염구유치료효과，유효가쾌환자술후상구유합정황，감경환자적통고，가유효감소술후질병적복발솔。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of the surgery combined with anti-TB drugs in the treatment of plasma cel mastitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 172 cases with plasma cel mastitis in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013,according to the treatment methods were divided into control and study group. 122 cases in the control group,used surgery alone.Study group of 50 patients treated by surgery combined with anti-TB drugs for the overal treatment, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with wound healing and recurrence after 24 months. ResultsAfter one month, patients in the control group for wound healing 49 cases,accounting for 40.2%,38 cases of wound healing in research group,accounting for 76%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). After 24-month follow-up,52 cases of recurrence in the control group,accounting for 42.6% ,the study group recurrence in 7 cases,accounting for 14%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Surgery combined with anti-TB drugs for the treatment of plasma cel mastitis,the effect is obvious. It can effectively accelerate postoperative wound healing,aleviate the suffering of patients and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
