目的:研究骨髓形态和基因检测在骨髓增生异常综合征与溶血性贫血中的诊断价值。方法:选择笔者所在医院60例骨髓增生异常综合征患者和60例溶血性贫血患者作为研究对象,对其骨髓形态和基因检测结果的差异进行分析。结果:骨髓增生异常综合征组的骨髓细胞病态造血比溶血性贫血组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨髓增生异常综合征组骨髓原始细胞计数明显高于溶血性贫血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨髓增生异常综合征组的染色体、基因异常发生次数明显多于溶血性贫血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨髓增生异常综合征与溶血性贫血的诊断中,联合骨髓形态和基因检测可以提高诊断的准确度。

목적:연구골수형태화기인검측재골수증생이상종합정여용혈성빈혈중적진단개치。방법:선택필자소재의원60례골수증생이상종합정환자화60례용혈성빈혈환자작위연구대상,대기골수형태화기인검측결과적차이진행분석。결과:골수증생이상종합정조적골수세포병태조혈비용혈성빈혈조경명현,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);골수증생이상종합정조골수원시세포계수명현고우용혈성빈혈조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);골수증생이상종합정조적염색체、기인이상발생차수명현다우용혈성빈혈조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:재골수증생이상종합정여용혈성빈혈적진단중,연합골수형태화기인검측가이제고진단적준학도。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of bone marrow morphology and gene detection in myelodysplastic syndrome and hemolytic anemia.Method:60 cases with myelodysplastic syndrome and 60 cases of hemolytic anemia patients were selected as the research object,the bone marrow morphology and differences in genetic testing results were analyzed.Result:myelodysplastic syndrome group of bone marrow cell pathological hematopoietic was more evident than hemolytic anemia group(P<0.05).Bone marrow cell count original myelodysplastic syndrome group was obviously higher than that of hemolytic anemia group(P<0.05);Chromosome of myelodysplastic syndrome group and the abnormal gene were significantly more than the number of hemolytic anemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome and hemolytic anemia,joint bone marrow morphology and gene detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
