危险化学品由于具有危险特性，在生产、经营、储存、运输、使用以及废弃处置等各个环节都存在着不容忽视的安全隐患。随着石油、化工行业的快速发展，出现的安全问题和隐患越来越多，为此我国颁布了一系列制度法规，并加大了对危险化学品的监管力度，但近年来危险化学品事故仍频发。基于此背景，文章介绍了近年来危险化学品事故发生情况，阐述分析了危险化学品安全监管现状及存在的问题，并针对问题提出了相关解决对策，对危险化学品安全监管工作的开展具有重要意义。

Abstrca t:Due to the dangerous characteristic , dangerous chemical materials have the hidden trouble that there should not be ignored in production , management, storage, transportation, use, waste disposal and so on every link.As the rapid development of the oil and chemical industry , more and more security problems and hidden dangers appeared.Our country promulgated a series of laws and regulations for it and increase the supervision of dangerous.But accidents of dangerous chemical materials are still frequent in recent years.Based on this background , the paper introduces the situation of dangerous chemicals accident in recent years and analyzes the hazardous chemical materials safety supervising actuality and the existing problems .In addi-tion ,the paper puts forward relevant strategy against problems and is important for safety supervising work of the hazardous chemical materials.
