目的:探讨口腔修复膜在单牙种植术中引导骨再生的效果及对患者修复体牙龈的影响。方法选取2011年8月至2013年8月本院收治的牙种植患者195例为研究对象。按照患者使用引导骨再生膜材料不同分为钛膜(TM)组与异种脱细胞真皮基质膜(ADMM)组,比较两组患者引导骨再生与牙种植的效果、并发症发生率及种植体修复6个月后牙龈生长状况。结果 ADMM组患者植骨厚度与骨厚度均显著厚于TM组,修复成功率显著高于TM组(P<0.05)。ADMM组患者膜暴露率及总并发症发生率均显著低于TM组(P<0.05)。两组患者感染率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。ADMM组患者龈缘对称率显著高于TM组,牙龈退缩长度显著短于TM组(P<0.05)。两组患者PI评分均未出现4分者,ADMM组患者PI评分显著高于TM组(P<0.05)。结论 ADMM引导骨再生成功率高,患者牙龈恢复良好,牙龈美容效果好,是一种适宜人体牙种植引导骨再生的膜修复材料。
目的:探討口腔脩複膜在單牙種植術中引導骨再生的效果及對患者脩複體牙齦的影響。方法選取2011年8月至2013年8月本院收治的牙種植患者195例為研究對象。按照患者使用引導骨再生膜材料不同分為鈦膜(TM)組與異種脫細胞真皮基質膜(ADMM)組,比較兩組患者引導骨再生與牙種植的效果、併髮癥髮生率及種植體脩複6箇月後牙齦生長狀況。結果 ADMM組患者植骨厚度與骨厚度均顯著厚于TM組,脩複成功率顯著高于TM組(P<0.05)。ADMM組患者膜暴露率及總併髮癥髮生率均顯著低于TM組(P<0.05)。兩組患者感染率比較差異無顯著性(P>0.05)。ADMM組患者齦緣對稱率顯著高于TM組,牙齦退縮長度顯著短于TM組(P<0.05)。兩組患者PI評分均未齣現4分者,ADMM組患者PI評分顯著高于TM組(P<0.05)。結論 ADMM引導骨再生成功率高,患者牙齦恢複良好,牙齦美容效果好,是一種適宜人體牙種植引導骨再生的膜脩複材料。
목적:탐토구강수복막재단아충식술중인도골재생적효과급대환자수복체아간적영향。방법선취2011년8월지2013년8월본원수치적아충식환자195례위연구대상。안조환자사용인도골재생막재료불동분위태막(TM)조여이충탈세포진피기질막(ADMM)조,비교량조환자인도골재생여아충식적효과、병발증발생솔급충식체수복6개월후아간생장상황。결과 ADMM조환자식골후도여골후도균현저후우TM조,수복성공솔현저고우TM조(P<0.05)。ADMM조환자막폭로솔급총병발증발생솔균현저저우TM조(P<0.05)。량조환자감염솔비교차이무현저성(P>0.05)。ADMM조환자간연대칭솔현저고우TM조,아간퇴축장도현저단우TM조(P<0.05)。량조환자PI평분균미출현4분자,ADMM조환자PI평분현저고우TM조(P<0.05)。결론 ADMM인도골재생성공솔고,환자아간회복량호,아간미용효과호,시일충괄의인체아충식인도골재생적막수복재료。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of guided bone regeneration with repairing iflms on gingival in single dental implantation.MethodFrom August 2011 to August 2013, 195 patients with dental implantion were selected as the research objects. According to the patients by used guided bone regeneration membrane materials, they were divided into titanium membrane (TM) group and heterogeneous decellularized dermal matrix membrane (ADMM) group. Bone graft thickness, bone thickness, restoration success rate, incidence of complications and cosmetology indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.ResultThe bone graft thickness and bone thickness of ADMM group were both significantly thicker than TM group, the restoration success rate of the ADMM group was signiifcantly higher than TM group (P<0.05). The membrane exposure rate and total incidence of complication were all signiifcantly lower than TM group (P<0.05). The infection rates of the two groups were not signiifcantly different (P>0.05). The gingival border symmetry rate of the ADMM group was signiifcantly higher than TM group, the length of gingival recession was signiifcantly shorter than TM group (P<0.05). The PI scorse of the two groups was not signiifcantly higher than 4 points, the PI scores of the ADMM group was signiifcantly higher than TM group (P<0.05).ConclusionADMM is efifcient for guided bone regeneration, can improve the restoration success rate, reduce the incidence of complications, and meets the need of cosmetology, which is expected to be in further application and study in future.
