目的：分析心理护理干预对MARS人工肝治疗慢性肝衰竭的效果影响。方法回顾性选取2010年12月～2014年12月我院收治的120例慢性肝衰竭患者，按治疗方法分成两组，对照组予以常规护理，研究组患者予心理护理干预，对比两组治疗前后焦虑评分、Apgar问卷评分及各项生化指标评价效果。结果研究组焦虑评分低于对照组，家庭支持Apgar问卷评分高于对照组，差异有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论心理护理干预对MARS人工肝治疗慢性肝衰竭具重要价值，可有效地改善患者负面心理及血液生化指标，促进患者康复。

목적：분석심리호리간예대MARS인공간치료만성간쇠갈적효과영향。방법회고성선취2010년12월～2014년12월아원수치적120례만성간쇠갈환자，안치료방법분성량조，대조조여이상규호리，연구조환자여심리호리간예，대비량조치료전후초필평분、Apgar문권평분급각항생화지표평개효과。결과연구조초필평분저우대조조，가정지지Apgar문권평분고우대조조，차이유통계의의（P<0.05）。결론심리호리간예대MARS인공간치료만성간쇠갈구중요개치，가유효지개선환자부면심리급혈액생화지표，촉진환자강복。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on chronic liver failure of MARS artificial liver treatment.Methods120 patients with chronic liver failure in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2014 were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing,the study group were treated with psychological nursing intervention. The scores of anxiety,Apgar score and the effect of biochemical index were compared between the two groups. ResultsAnxiety scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the family support Apgar questionnaire score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention on the MARS artificial liver treatment of chronic liver failure with important value,can effectively improve the negative psychological and blood biochemical indicator,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
