目的：研究精细化护理对冠脉介入治疗患者手术应激反应的影响。方法选取我院冠脉介入治疗的冠心病患者80例，按照数字表法分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，研究组在常规护理的同时给予精细化护理，对比两组患者的应激反应以及护理满意度。结果研究组临床相关指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论精细化护理能够减少冠脉介入治疗患者的应激反应。
목적：연구정세화호리대관맥개입치료환자수술응격반응적영향。방법선취아원관맥개입치료적관심병환자80례，안조수자표법분위량조。대조조채취상규호리，연구조재상규호리적동시급여정세화호리，대비량조환자적응격반응이급호리만의도。결과연구조림상상관지표균저우대조조（P<0.05）；연구조호리만의도고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론정세화호리능구감소관맥개입치료환자적응격반응。
Objective To study the meticulous nursing for surgical treatment of coronary intervention in patients with stress response.Methods80 patients with coronary artery disease in our hospital,assigned into two groups. Control group took routine care,observation group received routine care and meticulous care in the same time. Stress responses of two groups of patients,and nursing satisfaction were analyzed.Results The clinical indexes of the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was obvious(P< 0.05).ConclusionMeticulous care can reduce coronary intervention in patients with stress response.
