目的:探讨脑蛋白水解物改善无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗所致记忆障碍的临床疗效。方法:62例进行 MECT 治疗的精神分裂症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组31例给予无抽搐电休克联合脑蛋白水解物治疗,对照组31例,单用无抽搐电休克治疗于治疗前、首次、末次治疗当天及治疗后1周末采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)进行记忆评估。结果:两组治疗前和首次治疗的当天 MMSE 评分均无显著性差异(P ﹥0.05),而试验组末次治疗当天及治疗后1周 MMSE 评分均显著高于对照组(P ﹤0.001)。结论:MECT 合并脑蛋白水解物治疗对 MECT 治疗后记忆障碍恢复有良好的促进作用。

목적:탐토뇌단백수해물개선무추휵전휴극(MECT)치료소치기억장애적림상료효。방법:62례진행 MECT 치료적정신분렬증환자수궤분위시험조화대조조,시험조31례급여무추휵전휴극연합뇌단백수해물치료,대조조31례,단용무추휵전휴극치료우치료전、수차、말차치료당천급치료후1주말채용간역지능정신상태검사량표(MMSE)진행기억평고。결과:량조치료전화수차치료적당천 MMSE 평분균무현저성차이(P ﹥0.05),이시험조말차치료당천급치료후1주 MMSE 평분균현저고우대조조(P ﹤0.001)。결론:MECT 합병뇌단백수해물치료대 MECT 치료후기억장애회복유량호적촉진작용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effects of the brain protein hydrolysate in the treatment of dysmnesia due to modified electric convulsive therapy(MECT). Methods:62 patients with MECT of schizophrenia were randomly divided into experi-mental group and control group,experimental group 31 cases were given MECT with brain protein hydrolysate,the control group 31 cases single MECT,Assessments were conducted with scores of mini mental state examination(MMSE),before treatment,on that days of the first and late time treatment and at the ends of the 1st week after the late time. Results:These two groups before treatment and treat-ment for the first time on the day of the MMSE score had no significant differences(P ﹥0. 05),and the experimental group at the end of treatment day and after treatment 1 week MMSE scores were significantly higher than those of control group(P ﹤ 0. 001). Conclusion:MECT combined with brain protein hydrolysate has a good effect on the recovery of memory impairment after MECT treatment.
