目的：探讨PDA核实二维码腕带在PICU患儿输液中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月～2015年3月入住我科PICU的患儿323例，将其随机分为两组，对照组由责任护士根据输液单核对患儿床号、姓名无误后进行输液。观察组由责任护士根据PDA扫描二维码腕带正确后进行输液。观察两组患儿输液安全性。结果观察组在输液错误、漏输液、重复输液例数少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 PDA扫描二维码腕带提高了PICU住院患儿输液的安全性，避免护理差错发生。

목적：탐토PDA핵실이유마완대재PICU환인수액중적응용효과。방법선취2014년10월～2015년3월입주아과PICU적환인323례，장기수궤분위량조，대조조유책임호사근거수액단핵대환인상호、성명무오후진행수액。관찰조유책임호사근거PDA소묘이유마완대정학후진행수액。관찰량조환인수액안전성。결과관찰조재수액착오、루수액、중복수액례수소우대조조（P<0.05）。결론 PDA소묘이유마완대제고료PICU주원환인수액적안전성，피면호리차착발생。
Objective To verify the two-dimensional code wristbands and PDA application results in PICU children infusions.Methods323 children patients who were admitted to PICU of our department from October, 2014 to March,2015 were selected as samples and were randomly divided into two groups. The responsible nurses conducted transfusion to the patients in the control group after checking and ensuring that al the bed numbers and names of the children patients were correct,while in the observation group,the responsible nurses conducted the transfusion after ensuring that al information was correct by using PDA to scan the wristband with two-dimension code. And then the transfusion safety of the children patients in these two groups was observed.ResultsThe case number of the observation group was smaler than the control group in the aspects of transfusion errors,omitted transfusion and repeated transfusion(P< 0.05).Conclusion Scanning wristbands two-dimensional code by PDA improve the transfusion safety of the hospitalized children patients in PICU and avoide the occurrence of nursing errors.
