为了研究河南省浓香型烟叶叶面石油醚提取物生态分布的规律,对2013年河南省浓香型烟叶不同部位进行分区分切、粉碎,测定不同分区样品的石油醚提取物含量,分析叶面石油醚提取物分布情况。结果表明,①河南浓香型烟叶石油醚提取物含量总体呈现出中部烟叶﹥上部烟叶﹥下部烟叶的规律;②对比同一叶面左右两侧石油醚提取物含量,上部烟叶烟梗左侧含量大于右侧;中部烟叶对称性较好,差异不明显;下部烟叶边缘区右侧石油醚提取物含量大于左侧,靠近烟梗叶面分区对称性较好,差异不明显;③对比同一叶面叶基到叶尖不同分区石油醚提取物含量的变化,上部烟叶上升趋势平缓,在靠近叶尖分区出现微弱峰值,中部烟叶和下部烟叶的上升趋势明显,在靠近叶尖的部分出现峰值。
為瞭研究河南省濃香型煙葉葉麵石油醚提取物生態分佈的規律,對2013年河南省濃香型煙葉不同部位進行分區分切、粉碎,測定不同分區樣品的石油醚提取物含量,分析葉麵石油醚提取物分佈情況。結果錶明,①河南濃香型煙葉石油醚提取物含量總體呈現齣中部煙葉﹥上部煙葉﹥下部煙葉的規律;②對比同一葉麵左右兩側石油醚提取物含量,上部煙葉煙梗左側含量大于右側;中部煙葉對稱性較好,差異不明顯;下部煙葉邊緣區右側石油醚提取物含量大于左側,靠近煙梗葉麵分區對稱性較好,差異不明顯;③對比同一葉麵葉基到葉尖不同分區石油醚提取物含量的變化,上部煙葉上升趨勢平緩,在靠近葉尖分區齣現微弱峰值,中部煙葉和下部煙葉的上升趨勢明顯,在靠近葉尖的部分齣現峰值。

In order to study the ecological distribution of petroleum ether extracts on the leaf of Henan enriched flavor tobacco, different parts of leaf from tobacco produced in 2013 were cut and smashed to measure the content of petroleum ether extracts. The results showed that, ① the overall distribution of petroleum ether extract exhibited a law of middle leaves﹥ upper leaves ﹥ lower leaves; ② the distribution of petroleum ether extract on the same leaf but different sides presented regular changes as follows, the content of right side was higher than the left in upper leaves; the symmetry was better in central leaves, which showed no obvious difference; for the lower leaves, some zones close to the stem showed symmetry and had no obvious difference, while the content on right side was higher than that on the left in other parts,such as leaf margin; ③ petroleum ether extract content on the same leaf from phyllopodium to the tip differed that upper leaves rised gently and showed a weak peak near the tip, while the middle and lower leaves increased obviously and appeared a strong peak near the tip.
