目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿双肾集合系统分离的诊断价值及预后分析，以供临床医生参考使用。方法：对2009年3月-2013年9月在笔者所在医院行产前超声检查的6000例胎儿中，发现有不同程度胎儿双肾集合系统分离的130例患者进行跟踪随访，并进行回顾性分析。结果：130例患者中大部分为轻度集合系统分离，其中一过性集合系统分离70例，短期及自然消失的集合系统分离54例，持续性集合系统分离2例，孕期引产4例(均为病理性积水及合并其他畸形，产后1年随访124例患者双肾超声检查诊断为正常，1例因输尿管下段梗阻需手术治疗。结论：胎儿双肾集合系统分离大部分为非病理性，可自然恢复正常，少数为病理性，需要临床治疗，同时检查胎儿肾脏时需要注意观察肾动脉血流情况。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성대태인쌍신집합계통분리적진단개치급예후분석，이공림상의생삼고사용。방법：대2009년3월-2013년9월재필자소재의원행산전초성검사적6000례태인중，발현유불동정도태인쌍신집합계통분리적130례환자진행근종수방，병진행회고성분석。결과：130례환자중대부분위경도집합계통분리，기중일과성집합계통분리70례，단기급자연소실적집합계통분리54례，지속성집합계통분리2례，잉기인산4례(균위병이성적수급합병기타기형，산후1년수방124례환자쌍신초성검사진단위정상，1례인수뇨관하단경조수수술치료。결론：태인쌍신집합계통분리대부분위비병이성，가자연회복정상，소수위병이성，수요림상치료，동시검사태인신장시수요주의관찰신동맥혈류정황。
Objective:To discusses color doppler ultrasonography in fetal double renal collecting system separation of diagnostic value and prognosis analysis for reference of clinical doctors.Method:6000 fetus from March 2009 to September 2013 in our hospital to prenatal ultrasound inspection,130 patients were followed which found that had different degree fetal double renal collecting system separation.Result:Most of the 130 patients for mild set system separation,one of a set of 70 cases of separation system,short-term set system separation or transient in 54 cases,persistent set system separation 2 cases,4 cases of pregnancy induced labor.Postpartum 1 year followed-up of 124 cases with bilateral renal ultrasound diagnosis for normal,1 case of low segment ureteral obstruction need surgery.Conclusion:Fetal double renal collecting system separation most is not a pathological, but natural returned to normal,the minority is a pathological,need to clinical treatment.
