目的：分析米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法回顾性选择2013年5月～2015年5月本院收治的135例功能失调性子宫出血患者临床资料，按照治疗时不同治疗方法分成两组，研究组73例采用米非司酮治疗，对照组62例采用妈富隆治疗，对疗效进行对比及分析。结果治疗后研究组患者性激素水平LH、FSH和P均低于对照组，研究组患者治疗有效率97.26%高于对照组77.42%，研究组不良反应总发生率10.95%低于对照组20.97%，比较差异均具统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论米非司酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血疗效良好，不仅能改善子宫出血的情况，而且能降低与疾病相关的LH、FSH和P等性激素水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.MethodsA retrospective choice of 135 cases with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients in the hospital from may 2013 to may 2015,were divided into two groups according to different treatments.The study group 73 cases were treated by mifepristone and 62 cases in the control group were treated by marvelon. The data was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment of patients with sex hormone levels of LH,FSH and P were lower than the control group,patients in study group’effective rate of 97.26% was significantly higher than that of the control group,77.42%. Total incidence of adverse reactions in study group’10.95% was significantly less than that of the control group 20.97%,the differences werer statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone treatment of menopausal uterine bleeding,the curative effect is remarkable,not only can significantly improve uterine hemorrhage,and reduce the associated sex hormone levels of LH,FSH,and P.
