将一定量的剑麻纤维掺入污泥中,并加入适量的水泥,研究剑麻纤维对污泥固化体强度特性的影响。将制备好的试样养护数天后,对试样开展无侧限抗压强度试验。试验确定了无侧限抗压强度与剑麻纤维掺入量的关系曲线,试验测得,0%,10%,15%,20%,30%的剑麻纤维含量的污泥固化体的无侧限抗压强度值。试验结果显示,在一定范围内掺入剑麻纤维,污泥固化体的无侧限抗压强度得到了提高,过量的剑麻纤维导致污泥固化体的抗压强度下降。

The paper studies the sisal fiber on the strength of solidified sludge characteristics by adding suitable amount of sisal fiber and cement into sludge. After curing for a few days, the unconfined compressive strength test of the specimen is carried out. Test to determine the unconfined compressive strength and sisal fiber amount curve and test. 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%of sisal fiber content of sludge solidification body without side limit value of com?pressive strength. Test results show that in a certain range of incorporation of sisal fiber and solidified sludge of un?confined compressive strength has been improved, the excess of sisal fiber resulted in decreased the compressive strength of the solidified sludge.
