利用超声波提取法从黄芪(R adix as tragali)中提取多糖,应用正交试验法优化提取条件,并采用超氧阴离子和DPPH自由基体系对黄芪多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明,黄芪多糖提取的最佳条件为固液比1:20、超声提取时间12 min、超声功率65 W、超声提取温度60℃,在此条件下,黄芪多糖提取率为8.75%。抗氧化活性试验结果表明,黄芪多糖具有较高的清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的活性。

이용초성파제취법종황기(R adix as tragali)중제취다당,응용정교시험법우화제취조건,병채용초양음리자화DPPH자유기체계대황기다당적항양화활성진행연구。결과표명,황기다당제취적최가조건위고액비1:20、초성제취시간12 min、초성공솔65 W、초성제취온도60℃,재차조건하,황기다당제취솔위8.75%。항양화활성시험결과표명,황기다당구유교고적청제DPPH자유기화초양음리자자유기적활성。
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) method was used to extract polysaccharides from Radix A stragali(RAP), and the orthogonal test was applied to optimize extraction conditions. Furthermore, the antioxidant activities of RAP were evaluated by DPPH and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities assay. The results indicated that the optimal conditions for RAP extraction were as follows: solid/liquid ratio 1:20, extraction time 10 min, ultrasonic power 65 W and extraction temperature 60℃. Meanwhile, RAP had a relatively high level of scavenging activities on DPPH and superoxide anion radicals.
