将培养36 h后的B3、B5种子液和培养48 h后的M1种子液,按照顺序间隔12 h接种10 mL于装有3 g苎麻[Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaudich.]原样、100 mL原始脱胶液的250 mL三角瓶中,通过单因素和正交试验,得到苎麻最佳混菌脱胶工艺为按照B3B5M1接种顺序,原始脱胶液pH 6,培养温度35℃,转速为150 r/min,脱胶时间60 h,在此条件下,苎麻脱胶率最高可以达到29.9%。

Three kinds of seed liquid (B3, B5 after cultured for 36 h respectively, and M1 after cultured for 48 h) were inoculated 10 mL into 100 mL of original degumming liquid containing 3 g of ramie in order at the interval of 12 h, and sin-gle factor and orthogonal experiment were carried out to determine the best degumming process. The results showed that the optimal conditions for ramie degumming were pH 6,temperature 35℃,rotational speed 150 r/min and degumming time 60 h, according to the B3B5M1 inoculation order. Under the above conditions, the highest degumming rate reached to 29.9%.
