员工在工作场所的情绪状态对个体行为与组织发展都会产生不可估量的影响,员工情绪也因此成为组织管理领域一个崭新而重要的研究方向。本文通过对国内外组织领域中的员工情绪文献进行系统分析,评述了员工情绪的测量方法,梳理了情绪在个人和组织层面的影响因素及结果变量。在此基础上,讨论了现有研究的局限性和未来研究的设想。

Employee’ s emotion plays a more and more significant role on both individual behavior and organizations’ development, and therefore has become an emerging essential research topic in the field of organization management. Based on the systematic analysis of the literature on employee ’ s emotion, this study discusses the measurement of employee’ s emotion, and demonstrates the individual and organizational predictors of employee’ s emotion, as well as its outcome. It also points out the limitations of the previous literature and the directions for future research.
