采用不同浓度的赤霉素、低温层积、温水浸泡等方法对金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)种子进行处理,并测定其发芽率,同时采用石蜡切片法观察经沙藏处理后的种子解剖结构的变化。结果表明,金银花种子经100 mg/L的赤霉素处理12 h后发芽率最高;金银花种子经20℃沙藏40 d后发芽率最高;40℃以上温水处理对金银花种子有不同程度的损害,25℃清水浸泡对金银花种子发芽有一定的促进作用;在低温层积过程中,金银花种子逐渐完成后熟过程,胚细胞中逐渐积累多糖颗粒,同时随着层积时间的延长,种子薄壁细胞逐渐增大,种皮解体,胚乳中的营养成分逐步分解,提供种子萌发所需要的物质与能量,而高温层积对胚的发育表现出明显的抑制作用。
採用不同濃度的赤黴素、低溫層積、溫水浸泡等方法對金銀花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)種子進行處理,併測定其髮芽率,同時採用石蠟切片法觀察經沙藏處理後的種子解剖結構的變化。結果錶明,金銀花種子經100 mg/L的赤黴素處理12 h後髮芽率最高;金銀花種子經20℃沙藏40 d後髮芽率最高;40℃以上溫水處理對金銀花種子有不同程度的損害,25℃清水浸泡對金銀花種子髮芽有一定的促進作用;在低溫層積過程中,金銀花種子逐漸完成後熟過程,胚細胞中逐漸積纍多糖顆粒,同時隨著層積時間的延長,種子薄壁細胞逐漸增大,種皮解體,胚乳中的營養成分逐步分解,提供種子萌髮所需要的物質與能量,而高溫層積對胚的髮育錶現齣明顯的抑製作用。

Lonicera japonica Thunb. seeds were treated by different methods including GA treatment, sand storage and hot water soaking, the germination rates of L. japonica Thunb. seeds under different treatments were measured, and the changes of embryo in the germination seeds for sand storage were observated by paraffin section. The results showed that the germina-tion rate was the highest under 100 mg/L GA for 12 h or sand storage for 40 d under 20℃; there was a certain role in promoting seed germination by soaking with 25℃ water, and a certain harm above 40℃ water; L. japonica Thunb. seeds gradually have completed the ripening process in the process of low temperature stratification, polysaccharide particles are ac-cumulated in embryo cells gradually; At the same time, with the increase of stratification time, seeds parenchyma cells grad-ually increase, seed coat breaks up, nutrients in the endosperm is broken down to provide material and energy for seeds germination, but high temperature stratification has obvious inhibitory effects on embryo of L. japonica Thunb. seeds.
