对由橡胶链格孢(Alternaria heveae)引起的橡胶叶斑病病原菌的生物学特性进行初步研究,结果表明,菌丝最适生长温度为30℃,最适生长pH为7~8,致死温度为52℃处理10 min;该病原菌能有效利用多种碳源和氮源,碳源以乳糖和鼠李糖利用率最高,牛肉浸膏和酵母浸膏为最适氮源;不同的光照条件对菌丝生长有影响,在24 h光照条件下更有利于菌丝生长。

Biological characteristics of black leaf spot of rubber caused by Alternaria heveae was researched. The results showed that hyphae optimum growth temperature was 30℃, the most suitable growth pH was 7~8, lethal temperature was 52℃treatment 10 min. The pathogen can effectively use a variety of carbon source and nitrogen source, and lactose and rat lee sugar as the highest carbon source utilization, beef extract and yeast extract as the optimum nitrogen source; Different light treatment had significant effects on mycelial growth and 24 h lighting condition was more advantageous to mycelial growth.
