随着风力发电的大力发展,风电出力的随机性、波动性以及其吸收无功的特点,使得风电并网后成为电网的一个扰动源,进一步对系统的脆弱性产生影响。文中结合静态能量函数模型和电气介数,提出一种能够反映节点的状态脆弱性和结构脆弱性的综合评估指标,同时将离散指标连续化,得到随时间变化而变化的综合评估指标。通过搭建含双馈风电场的电网模型进行仿真计算,得到随综合风速变化的节点综合评估指标的连续变化曲线,比较了不同接入点情况下的系统节点脆弱性的变化,并对结果进行分析。

With the development of wind power , the characteristics such as stochastic volatility and absorbing reactive power of wind power make it become a disturbance source of power grid , and further impact the vulnerability of the system.This paper proposed a new comprehensive assessment indicator which reflected both the state and structure vulnerability of node by combining static energy function model with electrical betweenness .It also made discrete indi-cator serialization to gain a comprehensive assessment indicator that change with time .Simulating by building grid model with double-fed wind farm, a continuous curve that comprehensive assessment indicator changes with integrated wind is obtained .The paper also compared the vulnerability of nodes change of different access points and analyzed the results.
