医疗服务信息公示能够为公众就医决策提供依据，并激励医院提升服务水平。美国在医疗服务信息公示上有丰富的经验：多元化的公示主体在内容上各有侧重，但指标权威科学、比较性强；公示重点以单病种分类的医疗质量信息为主；在数据采集与传输上采取严格的质控措施；同时，结合多种信息公示方式，并利用网络平台友好展示。美国经验对我国现有信息公示工作有一定的借鉴，包括建立以政府为主的多层次信息公开主体，明确信息公开内容框架，注重医疗服务指标的质量和标准化，构建信息公开形式多样的人性化网络平台。

The United States has rich experience in public reporting. Diversified information disclosure subjects report various measures,however,most of which are scientific,endorsed and comparable. Medical quality and performance data are key contents,especially single-disease entity. Data collection and transmission are of rigorous quality management. Moreover,searching platform in the website is user-friendly with various presentation forms. Furthermore,this article also discussed the implication of information disclosure in China:establishing government-centered and diversified information disclosure subjects and defining the content framework;in the meanwhile,emphasizing the quality and standardization of medical service measures and constructing consumer-friendly network platform for public reporting in different forms.
