对抗烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae)的烟草品种RBST与红花大金元(红大)叶片进行黑胫菌接种,采用细胞生物学的方法,在不同时间取样、染色、显微观察,揭示黑胫病菌在抗感叶片时的侵染动态。结果表明,接种感病红大叶片16~20 h,黑胫病菌通过气孔侵入红大叶表皮组织,接种48 h后,黑胫病菌长满整个接种小叶盘;而接种抗病RBST叶片24 h后,抗病的RBST叶片才出现极少的坏死斑,随着接种时间的延长,坏死斑区域有少量的扩大,但在接种72 h后,坏死面积只占接种小叶盘面积的很小部分。
對抗煙草黑脛病菌(Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae)的煙草品種RBST與紅花大金元(紅大)葉片進行黑脛菌接種,採用細胞生物學的方法,在不同時間取樣、染色、顯微觀察,揭示黑脛病菌在抗感葉片時的侵染動態。結果錶明,接種感病紅大葉片16~20 h,黑脛病菌通過氣孔侵入紅大葉錶皮組織,接種48 h後,黑脛病菌長滿整箇接種小葉盤;而接種抗病RBST葉片24 h後,抗病的RBST葉片纔齣現極少的壞死斑,隨著接種時間的延長,壞死斑區域有少量的擴大,但在接種72 h後,壞死麵積隻佔接種小葉盤麵積的很小部分。
대항연초흑경병균(Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae)적연초품충RBST여홍화대금원(홍대)협편진행흑경균접충,채용세포생물학적방법,재불동시간취양、염색、현미관찰,게시흑경병균재항감협편시적침염동태。결과표명,접충감병홍대협편16~20 h,흑경병균통과기공침입홍대협표피조직,접충48 h후,흑경병균장만정개접충소협반;이접충항병RBST협편24 h후,항병적RBST협편재출현겁소적배사반,수착접충시간적연장,배사반구역유소량적확대,단재접충72 h후,배사면적지점접충소협반면적적흔소부분。
Tobacco leaf of resistant Nicotiana tabacum RBST and susceptible N. tabacum HD was inoculation with Phytoph-thora parasitica var. nicotianae, a pathogen of tobacco black shrank, infection dynamics was revealed by cytological methods such as sampling in different time, dyeing and microscopic observation. The results showed that pathogen through epidermis stomata invaded susceptible HD leaf which was inoculation for 16~20 h, and the pathogen mycelium was growth all the re-gion of leaf disc contacted with pathogen agar block after inoculation 48 h; It was inoculation for 24 h that resistant RBST leaf was appearence with very few necrotic spots, and the region of necrotic spots enlarge a little with inoculation time, but the region of necrotic spots still accounted up few area of inoculated leaf even inoculation for 72 h.
