鉴于以往对企业网络嵌入的研究多以静态为主，本文通过建立企业在网络嵌入过程中的序贯博弈模型，刻画了“完全理性”和“有限理性”两种情境下企业网络嵌入的动态过程。研究表明，企业的“互惠性偏好”可以打破企业嵌入过程中的“囚徒困境”，无论互补资源可复制程度如何，网络外企业充分信任的合作态度都是其通过“关系再传递”深入嵌入网络的充分条件，企业的互惠性偏好强度是使嵌入绩效得以进行Pareto改进的敏感因素。

Considering the former study of enterprises’ network embeddedness mostly on static state, the paper describes the dynamic process of embeddedness separately under perfect rationality situation and bounded rationality situation through the sequential game model. The study results show that “prisoners dilemma” can be broken by the reciprocity preference of enterprises. Regardless of how much complenmentary resources can be copied, “trust” is the sufficient condition for deep embeddedness into the network by relational transitivity and the degree of reciprocity is the sensitive factor for Pareto improvement.
