以300 MW锅炉电除尘器为例,通过电除尘试验分析,调整导流板和气流分布板,优化除尘器各室流量偏差及气流分布,使气流分布相对均方根差值小于0.025,提高除尘器效率0.06%;通过电除尘器内部优化、高频电源技术的应用,进一步将烟尘排放浓度由43 mg/m3降至20 mg/m3以下,同时提出强化电厂除尘效果的技术措施。

Taking 300 MW power boiler electrostatic precipitator for example, the airflow distribution test was con-ducted, the guide plates and uniformity al ocation plates were adjusted, the deviation of rate of flow and the uni-formity of different room were optimized.The relative mean variance was reduced below 0.025, and the efficien-cy was raised 0.06%.And the other optimization technologies like internal optimized and high frequency power technology were applied, which reduced the dust concentration from 43 mg/m3 below 20 mg/m3 .The measure of enhance dedusting effect was also introduced.
