本文借鉴创新价值链理论,将企业创新到品牌成长的价值转化过程分解为企业知识研发、知识转化、品牌成长三个环节,构建一个有调节的中介模型,利用2005~2013年28省市的面板数据,分析组织协作情境下企业创新与品牌成长间的链接机制。研究发现,企业知识研发对品牌成长有一定促进作用;企业知识转化在知识研发对品牌成长的影响中起部分中介作用;同时,中介过程的前后路径均受到组织协作的正向调节,且对后半路径的调节作用相对较大;不同形式的组织协作其调节效应存在差异。

Based on innovation value chain theory, this article divides the process of value transformation that from enter-prise innovation to brand growth into three parts, which is knowledge development, knowledge transformation, brand growth,and builds a moderated mediation model. Using panel data on 28 provinces and cites during 2005 ~2013, explores the link mechanism of knowledge development, knowledge transformation and brand growth under the organiza-tional cooperation environment. The main conclusions are as follows: knowledge development has a significant positive effect on brand growth;knowledge transformation has a partially mediated effect between the knowledge development and brand growth;meanwhile, the front and rear path of mediating process is positively moderated by organizational coopera-tion, and the effect on the rear is relatively large;different forms of organizational collaboration there moderating effects are different.
