针对煤矿井下避难硐室内湿度高、除湿慢等问题,提出将除湿剂与空气净化器联合作用,以提高除湿效率。通过在恒温恒湿室内进行的模拟除湿试验,对除湿剂的铺设厚度、铺设方式等因素对除湿效果的影响进行研究。结果表明:当除湿剂铺设厚度小于5cm时,除湿效果随药剂铺设厚度的增加而增大,5cm铺设厚度条件下恒温恒湿室内环境湿度在60min内由90.5%RH降至55.5%RH,相对吸水率达11.7%;选择分层铺设方式除湿剂除湿效率更高,且性能更稳定,将除湿剂分两层,每层铺设高度为2.5cm条件下恒温恒湿室内环境湿度在60min 内由92%RH 降至45.75%RH。

Aiming at the problems of high humidity and slow dehumidification in the refuge chamber of coal mine, it was proposed to make the desiccant working combined with the air purification device, so as to improve the effi-ciency of dehumidification.Through the simulated experiments of dehumidification in the constant temperature and humidity laboratory, the influence by different factors such as the laying thickness and way of desiccant on the de-humidification effect was studied.It showed that the dehumidification effect increases with the increase of laying thickness of desiccant when it is less than 5cm.When the laying thickness is 5cm, the environmental humidity in the laboratory reduces from 90.5%RH to 55.5%RH in 60 minutes, and the relative water absorption is 11.7%. The dehumidification efficiency of desiccant is higher with the way of two layers laying, as well as the more stable per-formance.Under the laying way of two layers, when the thickness of each layer is 2.5cm, the humidity in the labo-ratory reduces from 92%RH to 45.75%RH in 60 minutes.
