就业质量评价体系作为就业质量各个内在相互关联指标的有机整体，是了解一个国家、地区就业群体和就业者就业质量状况的有力工具。通过梳理近十年来国内外就业质量评价体系研究的基本脉络，明确其发展阶段及在不同阶段的代表性作品，探讨就业质量评价体系研究的功能及其现实意义，反思就业质量评价体系研究对我国就业实践的意义。
