目的：探究俯卧位踝关节后外侧、内侧联合入路治疗三踝骨折的临床效果。方法：选取2012年6月-2014年12月本院骨科收治的三踝骨折患者56例作为研究对象，对患者进行俯卧位的踝关节后外侧、内侧联合入路治疗，观察其临床治疗效果及相关指标。结果：所有患者手术治疗后均得到准确随访，随访时间5~25个月，平均11.3个月，骨折愈合时间2~5个月，平均4.1个月。临床治疗效果优、良、可分别29例、22例、5例，优良率91.1％。结论：俯卧位踝关节后外侧和内侧联合入路治疗三踝骨折具有操作简单、可靠、治疗效果好的优点，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐구부와위과관절후외측、내측연합입로치료삼과골절적림상효과。방법：선취2012년6월-2014년12월본원골과수치적삼과골절환자56례작위연구대상，대환자진행부와위적과관절후외측、내측연합입로치료，관찰기림상치료효과급상관지표。결과：소유환자수술치료후균득도준학수방，수방시간5~25개월，평균11.3개월，골절유합시간2~5개월，평균4.1개월。림상치료효과우、량、가분별29례、22례、5례，우량솔91.1％。결론：부와위과관절후외측화내측연합입로치료삼과골절구유조작간단、가고、치료효과호적우점，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of posterolateral and medial combined approaches in prone position in the treatment of three ankle fracture.Method:56 patients with three ankle fracture in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with posterolateral and medial combined approaches in prone position.The clinical therapeutic effect and the related indexes were observed.Result:All patients received accurate follow-up after surgical treatment.The follow-up time was 5 to 25 months,the mean follow-up time was 11.3 months.The healing time of the fracture was 2 to 5 months,the average time was 4.1 months.The clinical therapeutic effect showed that the amount of patients with excellent,good and may was 29,22 and 5 respectively,the effective rate was 91.1%.Conclusion:Posterolateral and medial combined approaches in prone position in the treatment of three ankle fracture has the advantages of simple operation,reliable and good clinical effect.It is worth promotion and application in clinic.
